Let Strategy Guide Your Decision Making

A common complaint we hear from clients is that it’s really hard to figure out when to say yes or no when they are inundated with “opportunities” from reps – advertising offers, a new app or an expo you should have a stall at!

The key to making your decision making easier to having a clear strategy to guide everything.

And there’s a pretty big difference between a good strategy and the tactics and execution you'll then use to achieve it...

  • A strategy is a plan that will show you where you’re heading and 𝗪𝗛𝗬

  • Tactics are the steps that will help you get there – it’s the 𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧.

  • Execution is 𝗛𝗢𝗪 you are going to deliver each of those steps.

So, if your existing 𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘨𝘺 includes a plan for connecting face-to-face with new customers in a particular niche, when you are offered an opportunity for a stall at an expo (𝘵𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘤) whose audience fits that niche – it’s a no brainer right?!

{If your strategy does 𝗡𝗢𝗧 include face-to-face connection then it’s also a no brainer - thanks but no thanks! }

Then you need to decide how you will 𝘦𝘹𝘦𝘤𝘶𝘵𝘦 the opportunity – what does the stall look like, how will you attract the audience to your stall, are you doing a giveaway or special offer for attendees?
